En assistant à une réunion Weight Watchers, on comprend vite que les bonnes vivantes refusent de trop souffrir pour leur ligne.  Là ou pensait trouver des restrictions, on découvre l’importance des sensations, ces petits signaux envoyés par le corps pour exprimer ce dont il a besoin.</p>
<p>Lorsqu’on s’attend à renouer avec les légumes vapeur, on assiste à un véritable ballet d’expériences culinaires : «  Tu as essayé mes crêpes aux Saint-Jacques et mon crumble aux courgette ? »Certes, il s’agit de changer, d’abord pour trouver le goût des aliments et l’envie de cuisiner. Puis, en s’organisant un peu, On adapte vite le programme à sa vie, on oriente son alimentation et on n’est plus esclave de sa balance !</p>
